Welcome to Day 27 of your Mindfulness Challenge.

Today we'll be expressing gratitude for our body.

Sit tall and comfortable.

Close your eyes or bring your gaze down.

Bring your attention to your feet.

And inside your mind,

Quietly repeat,

Thank you feet.

Now move to your legs,

Notice your legs and say,

Thank you legs.

All the things our legs and feet do for us.

Now move to your belly.

Thank your belly,

Thank you belly.

So much important things happen right at our belly.

Thank your heart,

Thank you heart for keeping me alive,

Beating,

Keeping me healthy.

Thank you hands and arms.

Thank you eyes,

Thank you mouth.

Thank you nose.

Thank you for my whole body today in this moment.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Open your eyes.

Nice job today.
