Transcript

Welcome to day one of your mindfulness challenge.

Today we're going to focus on sounds.

Sounds inside the room you're in.

Find a comfortable position for your body.

Let your eyes close or just take your gaze down.

Now listen to one sound in the room.

It's like your ears have a little antenna and they're finding that one sound.

Now see if you can notice any other sounds in the room.

Sometimes sounds are continuous.

Sometimes they stop and start.

Where do your listening ears those little antenna find in the room?

Place one hand on your belly.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Open your eyes.

Very good.

See you next time.
