Welcome to Day 20 of your mindfulness challenge.

Today we'll be focusing on connecting our fingers while we breathe.

Sit tall with your hands in your lap and your palms facing up.

Connect your thumb and your pointer together as if you're making the A-OK sign.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Connect your long finger and your thumb now.

Press those fingers together,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now connect your ring finger and your thumb,

Press your fingertips together,

Feel that connection.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Lastly,

Connect your pinky finger and thumb,

Press your fingertips together,

Feel that connection.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let your hands relax in your lap.

Very simple breath to do,

But very helpful to do if you're feeling very upset or having really big emotions.

Nice job today.

Meet your Teacher
