Welcome to Day 24 of your mindfulness challenge.

We will continue with sending kind thoughts.

Sit tall and comfortable.

Close your eyes or take your gaze down.

Today,

I want you to think about someone that sometimes you have a little bit of trouble with.

Could be a sibling or maybe even a classmate.

So think about that person,

And today we're gonna send kind thoughts to them.

Repeat these phrases in your mind.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy and strong.

May you be safe.

May you know how much you're loved.

May you live at peace.

Notice what it feels like in your body to send kind thoughts to someone that challenges you,

Someone that you have trouble with.

When you're ready,

Take a deep breath in and a nice long slow breath out.

Open your eyes,

Lift your chin.

Really nice job today.
