Your eyes can close or gaze down softly.
Imagine from your hips down to your feet.
You are solid as the ground.
Your legs and feet are strong and stable.
They support you to stand confident in who you are.
Your feet ground you so you can stay calm and focused when life is stressful.

Give your feet a little push into the ground.
Next,
Let's imagine from your hips to your chest the element of water.
Water flows yet can be powerful.
Your center is your source of determination.
Your heart can be powerfully used when you are kind to others and yourself.
Feel the flow of your own breath at your belly or chest just like waves moving.
Next,
Imagine your shoulders,
Neck,
And head like the sky.
Let your shoulders float tension free.
Allow your mind to be open to possibilities,
Open to ideas,
Open to learn.
Your mind can be as open and free as the sky itself.
Let's move our attention slowly back down.
Feel your head,
Neck,
And shoulders.
Feel your chest and belly,
Hips,
Legs,
And feet.
