This is Day 7 of the 28-Day ONE MINUTE Mindfulness Challenge. Today is mindful of all of our senes. These are short, quick mindfulness exercises for teachers, parents and children to get a taste of what it feels like to commit to the self-care practice of mindfulness every day for 28 days.

Welcome to day seven of your mindfulness challenge.

If you have done all seven,

Then congratulations.

And if you haven't,

Not a big deal.

You can pick up any of these at any time.

Today,

We're gonna put together all of what we've done this week.

Sit comfortably,

Close your eyes,

Or take your gaze down.

Notice one sound you hear,

Either inside or outside the room.

Do you notice any smells in the room today?

Do you notice any taste in your mouth or just the sensation of your tongue in your mouth?

Lift your gaze or open your eyes and look around the room and find one thing that is your favorite color.

Put your hand on your belly,

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
