Lección 1
Sea Of Serenity
Welcome to the glory of summer with all of its colour and splendour. In this first lesson, we’ll introduce you to a variety of sensory experiences that will help you take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the season. You'll need a pair of comfortable headphones as we head off to the beach in the first of many visualisations during this course. Also, listen out for a sumptuous summer poem to soothe and delight your senses. For each lesson, you’ll also need a journal for our creative tasks to note down any thoughts and feelings.
Lección 2
Summer Splendour
In this lesson, we invite you to explore the splendour of summer and how it can inspire your creativity. It’s designed to help you appreciate the beauty and joy of the season and spark your imagination. Through various creative and mindful tasks, you’ll be able to observe and write down examples of summer splendour around you. Finally, a sensory poem will show you how to find beauty in each and every day.
Lección 3
Summer Memories
Lesson 3 will help you to remember those hazy lazy days of summer as you’ll have the chance to delve into your summer recollections. Perhaps you enjoyed fruit picking, a trip to the beach, or exploring the countryside. We’ll also ask you to get creative with a memorable imagination exercise. So, grab your journal and something to write with, and don’t forget to breathe, reminisce and write.

Summer Calm
In this lesson, we'll focus on cultivating a sense of summer tranquillity and calmness with practical mindfulness tips and suggestions. Listen out for another one of Marusya’s sensory poems which will inspire you to attain better awareness. Then, we'll take you on a guided breathing meditation. Summer In Nature
In this lesson, we’ll dive into some fun and easy ways to spice up your walks in nature. You’ll discover four relaxing techniques that will help you get in touch with the beauty and wonder of the natural world and your inner self. Each of them will give you a different perspective and a new appreciation of nature and yourself. And to top it all off, we’ll embark on another visualisation exercise where you’ll imagine yourself walking along a picturesque canal. This lesson will teach you how walking in nature can be a source of joy and relaxation that you can tap into any time you want.
Lección 6
Summerscapes
In this lesson, you’ll learn how to embrace the season with all your senses. We’ll guide you through an immersive experience designed to fully engage you with the beauty of summer. One of the highlights of this lesson is a guided visualisation called "Sunrise” where you’ll get to imagine yourself taking a peaceful morning stroll along the beach and witness a stunning skyscape, painted with vibrant colours. And we’ll round off the lesson with a sensory creative exercise to help you see how nature speaks to you.
Lección 7
Summer in the City
In this lesson, we’ll explore how to develop mindfulness even in the lively environment of a city and find moments of peace amidst the hustle and bustle. Next, we’ll take you on a virtual journey to one of England's most vibrant places: the university city of Cambridge. Through guided visualisation, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the picturesque streets, historic buildings, and serene riverside scenery. Lección 8
Countryside Calm
Welcome to lesson 8 called, Countryside Calm. In our last lesson, we explored how to stay calm in the city. In this lesson, we’ll discover how to experience serenity in the countryside, with mindful suggestions and tips. Plus, there’ll be another sensory visualisation and journalling exercise when we’ll take you to the stunning Yorkshire Dales in northern England. So, prepare to breathe and feel the spirit of freedom in nature.

Adventure Quest
In this penultimate lesson, we'll help you break free from your comfort zone and expand your horizons. We begin by sharing ideas that’ll inspire you to step out of your usual routines and embrace new experiences. Then, it’s time to grab your snorkel and flippers and head off on an immersive and adventurous visualisation with more opportunities for introspection and self-expression through journalling. And finally, to add an artistic touch, you'll get the chance to create your very own Haiku. So, take a deep breath, grab your pen, and let your senses guide you, as we embark together on this adventurous lesson. Let's get started!

In this ultimate lesson, we'll indulge in the joy of travel as we dream and plan for holidays that will ignite our souls.
