Meet your Teacher

Marusya Price is a Mindfulness Life Coach, Natural Mindfulness Guide, English coach and writer. Her work is weaved by the stories she captures while strolling along coastal trails and walking in the English countryside. In her free time, you can find Marusya inhaling the natural beauty of the Peak District, where she lives, practising mindfulness, pottering in her garden and penning her love for the English language. Nick Price is also a Natural Mindfulness Guide and Mindfulness Life Coach. He strongly believes in the power of mindfulness, visualisation and meditation to alleviate stress and anxiety and promote positive change in people's lives. In addition, he is also a radio presenter, commercial production engineer and is responsible for the design and execution of their mindfulness projects.

Lesson 7

Winter Reflection

Lesson 7 invites introspection through a calming lens and self-reflective journalling. You’ll be guided through a breathing exercise which will help you contemplate significant accomplishments, challenges, joyful moments, personal growth, and relationships from the past year. After that, a visualisation will take you to a sacred Winter Solstice Ceremony which will prompt you to look back on your personal growth. The lesson also includes Marusya’s poem "WORDS", highlighting the effectiveness of words in offering relief and enlightenment. At the end of the lesson, a creative task will help you contemplate how words can evoke emotions and provide peace during challenging or transformative times.
