This visualization takes kids (and grown-ups) to Santa's workshop where they will dip into the world of busy elves, toys, and Christmas songs. The listener will get the chance to help the elves make some toys. And Santa's helpers will offer them a special sweet treat.

Sit comfortably.

Make sure that your back is straight.

Relax your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your legs and finally relax your feet.

Put your hands on your tummy.

Feel how it goes up when you breathe in and down when you breathe out.

It goes up and down.

If you want,

You can close your eyes or simply look at the floor.

Picture yourself standing in front of a big,

Red wooden door.

Look around.

Everything is covered in snow.

The trees,

The bushes,

The houses.

Listen.

What can you hear?

Is it coming from behind the door?

The door suddenly opens and you find yourself inside a very big room with lots of elves who are making toys.

You are at Santa's workshop and can hear Christmas music coming from all around you.

You look to your left and see two elves making a toy train.

It looks so real.

Then your eyes spot a shelf with lots of brightly coloured toy cars.

Red,

Green,

Blue,

Silver and black.

Which car would you choose?

You hear some quacking to your right and see a line of yellow ducks.

An elf with very pointy ears is putting them in shiny boxes.

You pick up one of the ducks and squeeze it.

How does it feel?

Is it very smooth?

Is it warm or warm?

You walk past the big book with names.

You wonder if your name is on the nice list.

Will Santa Claus bring your favourite toy?

Suddenly you hear a baby crying but turn around to see it's only the elves who are making baby dolls.

You decide to help so you pick up a pair of brown shoes and an orange dress and puzzle them to the elves.

They thank you and invite you to have some of their delicious hot chocolate.

Yum.

It tastes so good.

It smells of Christmas.

One of Santa's helpers offers you two strawberry cookies.

They smell delicious but you decide to put them in your pocket and take them home with you to share with your best friend.

You thank the elves and say goodbye before you leave.

You feel so happy and can't wait to tell your family about Santa's workshop.

And now let's bring your focus back to your breath.

Put your hands on your tummy again and feel how it goes up.

And breathe out and feel how your tummy goes down.

Let's do it once again.

Breathe in and then breathe out slowly.

You can open your eyes now.
