Tool #3 - Physiological Change
This third tool will demonstrate how changing your physiology and moving your body can impact your mood, helping you shift from low vibration to high vibration in a matter of minutes. It’s a fun one!
Lección 4
Tool #4 - Mind Cleanse
Your mind is like a garden and you are the gardener. Whatever you plant will grow.
Today’s lesson takes you on a journey of deep reflection. Make sure you bring a long a note pad and pen.
Together, we’ll explore some powerful exercises (including visualisations and journaling prompts) to help cleanse your mind of negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions.

Tool #5 - Embodied Emotion
This last tool is a powerful one. Today you’ll train yourself to embody high vibration emotions such as love, joy, gratitude and abundance as a means of increasing your energy and raising your vibrational frequency. And when your vibration matches that of what you desire your goals begin to manifest in your life.
