We are vibrational beings in a vibrational universe.
This is the basis of the law of attraction.
If we stay in low vibrational emotions such as hate,
Anger,
Depression,
We will simply attract more of the same.
Use this meditation to raise your vibrations.
And remember,
I think,
Therefore I am.
And make your way to a comfortable seated position.
And gently close down your eyes.
Bring your focus to your breath.
Breathe in and out through your nose.
Not forcing anything,
But letting the air flow naturally.
Slowly begin to lengthen the breath.
Making sure that the length of your inhales match the length of your exhales.
Now imagine the breath as energy travelling up and down your spine.
This energy converts into a white light flowing all the way from the base of your spine to the crown of your head and back down again.
Clearing your chakras and restoring balance to your emotions.
Continue breathing as you allow the white light to nourish your body with positive healing energy.
Breathe in white light and positivity.
And as you exhale,
Imagine black smoke leaving your body and taking with it any negative emotions or thoughts.
Inhale white light.
Exhale black smoke.
Inhale positivity.
Exhale negativity.
Continue breathing at your own pace.
As you visualise white light entering your body and black smoke leaving your body.
You are not your mind,
But you are what you think.
You are essentially a radio transmitter and your thoughts send out frequencies.
The signal you receive,
In other words your life experience,
Is based on the frequency of your thoughts.
To raise your vibrations,
You need to change the frequency of your thoughts to high vibration emotions such as love,
Gratitude and peace.
In order to manifest your deepest desires,
You need to match your vibrations to those of what you desire,
Coming into a state of allowing,
A state of non-resistance.
Now go back to the white light.
Feel the positive energy flow through every inch of your body.
Allow it.
Feel the energy start to build up as you raise your vibrations.
Inhale white light.
Exhale black smoke.
Inhale positivity.
Exhale,
Let go of anything that doesn't serve you.
As you continue to breathe,
The black smoke starts to thin,
Becoming greyer and greyer until eventually you are breathing in white light and also breathing out white light.
Now repeat the following affirmations after me.
I am love.
Really embody the feeling of love.
I am gratitude.
I am so grateful for everything life brings me.
Embody and embrace this feeling of gratitude.
I am wealth and abundance.
I have everything I need.
Embody the feeling of wealth and abundance.
I can be and have anything I desire.
I am in a state of allowing,
A state of non-resistance.
A winter mind,
Something you very much desire.
And with every exhale,
Let go of any feelings of fear or resistance and simply allow.
Imagine you have already achieved your desire and be grateful.
And with every exhale,
Let go of any feelings of fear or resistance and simply allow.
Bring your focus to your third eye.
Take a space in between your eyebrows and slightly up.
Sit in stillness and absorb the energy you have just created.
How do you feel?

And take a deep,
Deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
And again,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it all out.
Open on your neck now,
Let me open up your eyes.
