Balance feels different for each of us, so this course opens up an invitation to explore: - Your own sense of balance, today - and what you’d like to move toward - How balance can mean different things at different times of your life - Imbalances you may wish to shift, transform or reframe There are questions and exercises to deepen your self-reflection throughout the lessons, to help you explore creating a greater sense of balance in your own life.

Lección 1
Balancing The Roles You Play
We’ll begin by exploring what Balance means to you, looking at the different roles you play and gently exploring the reflections that arise. Throughout this course, I invite you to have a notebook and pen to hand. I’ll be sharing some practical exercises and self-reflection questions, with time for further reflection at the end of each lesson.
Lección 2
Balancing Your Life Circles
Today, we’ll be exploring a tool that I found to be immensely useful on my own journey to create more balance in my life. And it’s something I’ve used with many many clients and groups since then. We'll look at different areas of your life to help see where balance, or imbalance, may be showing up. As before, you’ll need paper and pen.
Lección 3
Moving Into Balance
In our final lesson together, we’ll be considering the beliefs we can hold about balance, reflecting on the outcomes from lessons one and two and exploring what could change to support you in moving into balance. Once again, you’ll need paper and pen, to capture your reflections.
