Take a moment to settle now get comfortable you may wish to lie down lean back or sit as you would for meditation.

Upright supported and at ease.

Bring your body into the place of comfort that most suits how your body feels today.

What do you notice?

How can you most honor how your body feels today?

There's no need to tell yourself the stories of any sensations the source of any tension or even the remedy for ease.

Simply respond to whatever you're feeling in your body.

Allow yourself to move to stretch to soften to tense and to release.

Play with isolating different parts of your body and see how it is.

Simply to notice them and then expand your attention through the whole of you.

Coming in with your attention to one place and then expanding back out to sense the whole of you.

Honoring everything that you notice bringing comfort wherever you can and accepting any parts of your body where comfort feels hard to find.

Bringing your kindest attention to the whole of you softening settling allowing all you have to do is be all you have to do is be.

Little movement again into your body stretch wiggle your fingers wiggle your toes notice this beautiful body.

Remember that all that this body has done for you.

I found this meditation to cause my sensitivity in perception. I actually felt that my consciousness was suspended! I felt compassion and my whole being and body. Thank you kindly. I wonder what the difference would’ve been had there been an audible sound(bell) signaling when to awaken. I felt extremely mindful.
