This gentle 3-day beginner's meditation course is designed to help you build a calm, supportive, and realistic meditation practice, one step at a time. Perfect for complete beginners, each day introduces simple techniques to help you feel more present, peaceful, and connected in everyday life.
On Day 1, we begin by learning how to arrive in the present moment. Through mindful breathing and gentle awareness practices, you’ll discover how to settle the body, calm the mind, and create space to simply be here now.
On Day 2, we explore one of the most common meditation experiences: thoughts. Instead of fighting with the mind or becoming frustrated, you’ll learn how to gently observe thoughts with patience and curiosity, allowing them to come and go naturally during meditation.
On Day 3, we focus on bringing meditation into daily life. You’ll learn simple awareness techniques that can be used anytime, whether you’re walking, working, resting, or navigating stressful moments, helping meditation become a natural and supportive part of your routine.
This course is soft, encouraging, and free from pressure or perfection. Just bring yourself as you are, and allow these practices to guide you toward greater calm, clarity, and self-awareness.

Day 3 introduces the practice of open awareness, a gentle meditation that helps you become more present with everything around you. In this guided session, you’ll expand your awareness beyond the breath to notice sounds, sensations, thoughts, and your surroundings with openness and curiosity. This simple practice can be done anywhere, making it an easy and supportive way to bring mindfulness into your everyday routine.
