In this 3-day course, you’ll learn how to better understand anxiety, relate to it with greater compassion, and develop practical tools to support yourself through anxious moments. On Day 1, we explore what anxiety is, why it happens, and the different ways it can appear in our minds, bodies, and daily lives. On Day 2, you’ll learn how to shift your relationship with anxiety rather than fighting against it, alongside a gentle guided practice to help you turn inward and reconnect with yourself. On Day 3, we focus on simple, practical techniques you can use in everyday life to calm anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and create more inner steadiness and ease. This course offers a gentle, grounded, and compassionate approach to anxiety and aims to help you feel more aware, supported, and empowered in your own experience.
