In this 3-day course, you’ll learn how to better understand anxiety, relate to it with greater compassion, and develop practical tools to support yourself through anxious moments. On Day 1, we explore what anxiety is, why it happens, and the different ways it can appear in our minds, bodies, and daily lives. On Day 2, you’ll learn how to shift your relationship with anxiety rather than fighting against it, alongside a gentle guided practice to help you turn inward and reconnect with yourself. On Day 3, we focus on simple, practical techniques you can use in everyday life to calm anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and create more inner steadiness and ease. This course offers a gentle, grounded, and compassionate approach to anxiety and aims to help you feel more aware, supported, and empowered in your own experience. Meet your Teacher

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, Karyeng offers a compassionate and holistic approach to supporting anxiety and emotional wellbeing. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Instructor, Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Body Healing Coach with advanced training in Trauma Release and Sound Therapy, she combines practical mindfulness tools with nervous system awareness and gentle healing practices. Through her teaching, Karyeng guides others with warmth, compassion, and authenticity, helping students reconnect with themselves, regulate overwhelm, and cultivate greater calm, resilience, and self-awareness in everyday life.

In Day 2, we explore how shifting the way we relate to anxiety can create more space for calm, self-compassion, and inner awareness. Rather than resisting or fighting anxious feelings, this session invites you to approach your experience with gentleness, curiosity, and presence. Through reflection and mindful awareness, you’ll begin to notice how anxiety moves through the mind and body, and how self-awareness can help reduce reactivity and overwhelm. The recording also includes a gentle guided practice designed to help you connect with your inner feelings, bodily sensations, and subtle emotional experiences in a safe and supportive way. This practice encourages you to slow down, listen inwardly, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your anxiety.
