Let's begin by sitting somewhere comfortably and just begin to breathe.
Breathing in deeply,
Gradually extending the length of the breath.
Begin to ground your energy.
Picture in your mind who you want to send healing light energy to.
Picture them at a time they were happy and healthy.
Now set your intention for this person.
It could be that they recover quickly or that their surgery is successful.
Now as you continue to picture your loved one in your mind,
I want you to surround them with red healing light energy.
Allow the energy to flow freely in and around them,
Healing their root chakra,
Allowing them to feel grounded,
Safe,
Stable,
Comfortable,
And healthy.
Now surround them with orange healing light energy to heal their sacral chakra.
This brings them emotional awareness,
Emotional stability,
A passion for life,
A deep connection with others,
And a strong support system.
This orange light energy will also allow them to release all negative and painful emotions.
Imagine your loved one now surrounded with healing yellow light energy which represents the solar plexus chakra.
This allows them to take back their own personal power.
It gives them a clear mind and increased self-esteem,
Confidence,
And self-worth.
Now let's change the color of that light energy to green,
The color that represents our heart chakra.
Surround them now with your love and this green light energy.
May they give love and receive love freely and effortlessly.
This green light energy that surrounds them now brings them the power of forgiveness and the gift of freedom and acceptance.
Let's surround them now with the color blue,
Beautiful blue light energy,
Healing and opening their throat chakra.
Send this blue light energy in,
Around,
And through them,
Allowing them to speak their truth,
Speak up for themselves,
Speak up for themselves,
And express themselves clearly and effectively.
We move now to the third eye chakra.
Surround your loved one with the color of indigo or purple,
Allowing them to activate their intuition,
To trust their inner knowing and inner healing and guidance.
And finally,
We reach the crown chakra,
Surrounding them with the color of pure white or golden light,
Connecting them to the universe or source energy.
This can include a higher power,
Higher self,
The universe,
Spirit guides,
Angels,
Loved ones who've crossed over,
Or just simply life energy.
Picture them now fully healed and recovered in mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Now thank your own higher power for healing your loved one and for helping you send loving and healing light energy to them,
Making them feel loved,
Supported,
And protected.
Now take as much time as you need to remain in this safe,
Healing space,
And end this meditation on your own whenever you're ready.
