Nick, with thirty years of experience as a mediator, including seven years as a Buddhist monk, brings a calm, centered, and grounded presence to his sessions. His client-led approach ensures each individual's needs are met. Training: - 7 years as a Buddhist monk - Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for depression and anxiety - Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), which enable the body to release trauma through shaking - Self-care practices that enhance self-care skills and empathy - Lucid dreaming instructor Nick offers personal coaching, mindfulness tuition and works as a massage and Reiki therapist.
