Cheryl is a GRAMMY-nominated musician and certified trauma-informed coach who received degrees in Biology and in Music from Cornell University, studied orchestration at Juilliard, then began her tenure as a performer, coach, and composer for films, ads, theater, & social justice choirs. I enjoyed this short and meaningful practice, and I’ll be incorporating it into my morning practices 🩷 Thank you, Cheryl. My other feedback is that it’d be nicer to have the music a little bit softer in the background so that it doesn’t drown out the affirmations.
