For years I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks.
I developed ways to find peace and hope in the darkness of anxiety.
I want to share them as affirmations with you today.

I am not alone.
I am my own source of light.
My light shines even when I am surrounded by darkness.
I am magical.
I am enough.
Darkness is no longer dark when I am present.
I am illuminary.
I am okay.
I am better than okay.
I am alive.
I am feeling all the things I am feeling.
I see my feelings.
I love my feelings.
I love that I am able to feel these feelings.
I may be feeling anxious in this moment.
It is temporary.
My anxiety is telling me something.
I am listening.
I hear you.
I am safe.
I am taking care of myself.
I allow myself to relax.
I am deeply relaxed.
In this moment,
I choose to feel calm and peaceful.
I allow relaxation to take over my body.
I breathe deeply.
In and out.
With every breath,
I release any anxiety from within.
I become more and more peaceful.
