Hi,
I'm Cheryl B.
Englehart,
And welcome to this energy exchange moment in nature.
Today what we're going to do is take energy from our own somatic system that is no longer serving us and we're going to transmute it,
Meaning we're going to transfer it to a being,
An entity that can hold that energy and turn it into something positive.
And what we're going to do is do it with this tree behind me.
Now,
If you're watching this and you're inside,
You can do this into the floor,
Into a desk,
Into a pillow,
Into a bed,
Into any inanimate object that's around you.
If you happen to be out in the woods and want to do this along with me with your own tree,
Feel free.
So let's get started and first just take a nice big breath through our nose to tell our nervous systems that we are safe.
We'll do one more.
Next,
We want to conjure up emotions or feelings in our body that may feel a little sticky or a little icky or may not even feel like ours,
But they're there.
This could feel like.
.
.
Tension in your gut it could feel like a little ball of anxiety it could feel like tingling in your fingers and i know usually during a meditation we want to be avoiding those feelings we want to bring in feelings of peace but what i'm asking you to do is to access those in a really controlled,
Safe environment.
So thinking about the situation or relationship that doesn't feel right right now,
That feels like it's intruding on your peace.
We want to access where does that feel in the body?
Where does that ickiness or stickiness feel in your body?
Once you identify where it is,
Just sit with it for a second and take a breath in and send it to that location.
And it may feel like a little ball of icky energy.
It may feel like it's a solid mass.
It may feel like it's a cloud.
Just find out where is that in your body.
And let's identify it.
Take a breath in.
Send it to that ball of unwanted energy.
And now we're going to lift that energy up.
So if it's in your feet,
We're bringing it up through your legs.
If it's in your pelvis or in your stomach,
We're bringing it up and up.
Keep taking breaths and imagine that unwanted energy,
That unwanted sensation.
To come up through to your chest and split at your arms.
And have it go down through your elbows,
Through your forearms,
And through your hands.
Keep feeling that energy,
That unwanted energy moving,
And we're going to now go and touch our object,
Whether that's a pillow,
A desk,
A floor,
Or in my case,
A tree.
Bring both hands.
To your object,
To your tree,
And imagine that unwanted energy being sent through to your object.
To the tree.
And with every breath,
You're sending it further and further down into your object.
I'm sending this unwanted energy to the tree,
Down through its trunk.
Your object is connected to the floor,
Which is connected to the earth.
So send it down now through the earth,
Through the roots of your object,
Through the roots of this tree.
Where this energy is being transmuted into powerful energy for growth.
Keep sending it down into the core of the earth,
Past the roots,
Past every layer of rock.
Where it is completely burned up and turned into power.
If you feel any lingering sensations in your body,
Feel free to send those through your hands into your object to transmute and send it down through the roots into the earth.
Now we want to.
Bring up through the earth that power,
That transmuted energy that now is ready to serve us.
That is ready to empower us.
So breathe in.
This new energy up from the core of the earth,
Up through the layers of rock.
Up through the roots.
Up through the trunk of the tree,
Through the legs of your desk or wherever you are.
And feel it come back in through the palms of your hands.
Through your arms.
And into your chest.
And down.
Completing the cycle of this energy transference.
See if there's any other stability,
Rooted energy,
Groundedness that you can get from this interaction with your tree,
Your object.
Breathe it in.
And with one last little burst of gratitude,
Go ahead and say thank you to your object.
Release it.
Your energy transmutation is complete.
You can do this anytime you want a feeling of groundedness.
Whenever you're feeling a sensation that you know is not yours,
That you don't want around anymore.
That you are ready to expel from your somatic experience.
You can transmute it.
Nature is here to work with us.
We are one with nature.
And just because one energy doesn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work in another way.
Thank your object again.
Thank you for being here with me.
My name is Cheryl B.
Englehart,
And I hope you listen to my forest baths,
My music,
And my other meditations.
Have a beautiful rest of your day.
