Caitlin is a creative, quiet soul from the Hudson Valley/Catskills region of NY. She is a wife and a mother to one daughter. Also a proud mom to a fanciful white dog and a slick black cat. Caitlin has a wide range of creative interests (including writing meditations) but her main focus is crochet. Caitlin adores nature, especially the forest and waterfalls, and she has a definite soft spot for animals of all kinds. Finding meditation, and mindfulness especially, has been a life-changer. It has helped lessen anxieties from things such as Bipolar, codependency, coparenting/parenting, and perfectionism. Mindfulness has also helped transform Caitlin's relationship with anger, resentment, negativity, and all the things. She is an advocate for affirmations and uses them a lot in her practice.
