Passion & Creativity (Sacral Chakra) Just Affirmations

This is a guided affirmation meditation practice focusing on the Sacral Chakra, translating to Passion and Creativity. This practice is brought to you as part of an intention and movement called #ACommitmentToLove. So as part of my commitment to love, I am choosing to share these affirmations with you. Affirmations can be powerful tools to help shift our mindset and belief systems if we let them.

This practice jumps right in to the affirmations. There is no introduction and the end of the practice is signaled by hearing "blessings and namaste."
