Today,
I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-empowerment and resilience.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now please accept the following as truths for you.
I radiate confidence and strength.
I thrive.
Positive vibrations surround me.
I emit warmth,
Love,
And acceptance.
I trust my own strength and resilience.
I thrive with peace,
Clarity,
And security.
My peace and my joy outweigh my uncertainties.
I am in tune with my mind,
Body,
And spirit,
And I am at peace.
I trust my intuition.
I quickly adapt to challenging situations.
I make space for the unknown.
I release fear and I embrace trust.
I enjoy exploring new unknown things.
Each day is filled with new possibilities.
I feel protected by my resourcefulness.
I accept my challenges because they allow me to develop trust in myself.
I approach challenges with strength.
I am constantly learning,
Growing,
And evolving.
Now return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
