This is a guided affirmation meditation practice focusing on the Third Eye Chakra, translating to Intuition, Insight, and Imagination. This practice is brought to you as part of an intention and movement called #ACommitmentToLove. So as part of my commitment to love, I am choosing to share these affirmations with you. Affirmations can be powerful tool to help shift our mindset and belief systems if we let them.
