
Affirmations For Self-Compassion & Personal Growth

This is a short guided meditation practice. The meditation begins by inviting listeners to make the practice their own. Then the listener is introduced to a series of affirmations about self-compassion and personal growth. They encompass self-belief and empowerment; resilience and adaptability; self-trust and acceptance; and personal growth. Essentially this meditation aims to encourage listeners to belive in themselves, to embrace life's challenges as opportunities for growth, and to cultivate a sense of self-confidence and resilience.
