Today,
I would like to introduce some affirmations about inner peace,
Resilience,
And positivity.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now please accept the following as truths for you.
I am balanced and at peace.
I attract positivity and strength.
I emit love and positivity.
I am protected from harm.
I am safe in my surroundings.
I have the power to block negativity.
I release worry and I choose trust.
My peace is my power.
I look upon myself with compassion and understanding.
I am forgiving,
Loving,
Gentle,
And kind to everyone.
I radiate confidence and strength.
Positive vibrations surround me.
I emit warmth,
Love,
And acceptance.
I trust my own strength and resilience.
I thrive with peace,
Clarity,
And security.
My peace and my joy outweigh my uncertainties.
I am in tune with my mind,
Spirit,
And body,
And I am at peace.
I trust my intuition.
I quickly adapt to challenging situations.
Now,
Return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
If your eyes are closed,
You may open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
