This course is designed to change you. The person you are now will not be who you are after, but that is the point, isn’t it? We are forever changing, yet paradoxically forever in the moment. Through short talks and guided micro meditations, this course will have you questioning the stories you have been told about yourself, the world, and the nature of realty. Together, we will explore suffering, gratitude, identity, impermanence, and the ever-changing self, using these reflections as a catalyst for deeper awareness, healing, and meaningful inner transformation. What If We Made The Mundane Into Meditation?
In this session, we explore the idea that most of life is ordinary, repetitive, and seemingly mundane. But what if instead of endlessly seeking peek experience after peek experience, we instead embraced the mundane as meditation or even perhaps as a prayer? What would that do to our lived experience? How would we experience life? Lets explore together.

Giving Thanks In Advance
In this session, we explore the reality that no matter how blessed, successful, healthy, or loved we are, pain, loss, grief, and difficulty will still arise. But alongside this truth, we explore another possibility. What if we gave thanks in advance for the wonderful things that are going to happen? What if we brought our gratitude practice into the future?
Lektion 3
The 3 Principles That Govern All Healing
What if we could summarize the practices of all spiritual traditions and psychological practices into a simple three step framework? In this session, we explore a simple yet profound framework for healing and transformation: Awareness, Acceptance, and Action. First, we become aware of reality, both within ourselves and around us. Then, we learn to accept what is, without denial, avoidance, or resistance. Finally, we take grounded action aligned with our values, needs, and goals. Drawing from psychology, mindfulness, spirituality, and the mind-body connection, this session offers a practical approach to navigating suffering, healing, and meaningful change.

Reality Cannot Be Spoken
Reality cannot be contained or explained by language. In this session, we explore the relationship between language, perception, and reality. Words can guide, inspire, divide, heal, manipulate, and shape the way we experience ourselves and the world, but words are never the thing itself.
Lektion 5
Who Is Experiencing This?
Who are you when angry? In love? Afraid? Calm? Alone? Around others? In this session, we explore the possibility that the self is not fixed, but constantly changing moment to moment. Through reflection and guided practice, we investigate consciousness, embodiment, identity, and the strange experience of being human. Together, we experiment with “shifting the seat of consciousness” throughout the body and mind, exploring how awareness, emotional states, biology, and perception shape our lived experience of self.

Conclusion
The best way to approach insight, contemplations, and micro meditations such as those offered in this course is to revisit those that you intuitively feel hold more depth. Replay the session and explore the meditations more deeply. Also, remember to use the classroom for questions, contributions and exploration.
