An Intention for Pleasure
In this session, you’ll meditate on what brings you pleasure, it can be sensual or non-sensual. From sparking this pleasure you’ll be primed to set an intention for this journey of embodying your pleasure, setting the stage for pleasure to blossom within you and for you. This is all about enjoyment and so this is where we’ll begin.

The Energy of Pleasure
Paying attention to pleasurable energies, even if they are light or subtle, supports a mind-body connection through your senses and to your pleasure. With this you can grow and expand your inner delight.
Lektion 3
Breathing with Pleasure
When you relax, it's easier to be present. You can be present with how you’re feeling, your body, your emotions. When you are relaxed you are also letting go of what is weighing upon you, what is blocking you from pleasure. In this session you’ll enjoy breathing techniques to support ease and pleasure from the space of relaxation.
Lektion 4
Mindful Movement with Pleasure
In today’s practice, you’ll bring in pleasure through your mindful movement. You’ll explore how you can increase your capacity for pleasure by clearing through gentle body movements and then activating subtle energy in your body, with attention and intention for pleasure.
This mindful movement practice paves the way for a more passive guided practice we’ll do at the end. Here you’ll have an opportunity to set an intention for clarity on what you are desiring the most in your pleasure journey.
Lektion 5
Ecstatic Breath of Pleasure
This is a breathing practice that connects your sacral chakra to your heart chakra for full-body bliss potential. This is the breath of ecstatic pleasure.
This breathing can feel like a runner’s high or a peak energetic pleasure experience. What happens in the mind can cause a full body effect. In the practice, you’ll be using the power of your mind, intention and breath to yolk the pleasure you wish to embody.
Lektion 6
Bringing Your Pleasure into the World
This is the integration session. You'll do a shorter practice of intention on your journey as you move forward. Prior to that, you'll set yourself up to make a routine of inviting pleasure into your life. You might want to grab a notepad and pen or open notes on your phone to capture what resonates for you.
