Meeting Your Inner Child
Let's settle into the course with an introduction to the "Inner Child" concept and an explanation of how it relates to the experience of emotion. Charles will also guide you through the first inner child interaction of the course and set the table for the remainder of this exploration.
Lektion 2
Conditioning
On Day 2, we delve into the process of conditioning. We will discuss what childhood conditioning is and how it might have shaped your personality. We will then move on to explore the concept of core beliefs.
Our parents, teachers, schoolmates, etc., transfer their beliefs to us that make us form our own core beliefs. Incidences such as abandonment and abuse also adversely affect us and cause us to develop negative core beliefs.
Towards the end, Saqib will provide you with four questions so that you can figure out your own core beliefs.

Visiting The Inner Child
Let's spend some time with your inner child self, and particularly a version of you who had just begun to experience some significant conditioning in life.
Lektion 4
Abandonment & Self-Worth
In this lesson, Saqib will explore how we experience abandonment and how that impacts our self-worth. This session contains several take-away bullet points. Initially, we will discuss the three types of abandonment. Then, we’ll discuss the five significant impacts of abandonment.
Finally, Saqib will provide you with some tools and techniques that you can use to overcome the pain of abandonment and improve your feeling of self-worth in the process.

Visiting The "Adaptive Child"
In this session, Charles will provide a reframed perspective on the ways in which we internally criticize ourselves, and will guide you through a visualization interaction with your "adaptive child" self.
Lektion 6
Emotional Dissociation
Today, we’ll delve into the emotional universe of the inner child. Emotions are one of the most important aspects of the human experience. If we can learn how to manage them, then we can prevent any form of breakdown of our mind and body.
Saqib will explain how, in our childhood, we can become dissociated from our emotions. This dissociation in the long run also takes us to the other end of the spectrum, which is known as an outburst. In the end, he will give you some tips and techniques to manage your emotions.
Lektion 7
Free Visit
In today's session, Charles will share about the element of care and comfort as it relates to the Inner Child experience. Then, he will guide you through a visit with any part of you that naturally arises. This could be a good session to repeat a few times, interacting with different parts of you depending on the particular day and moment (for repetitions, you could skip directly to the guided visualization).
Lektion 8
Beyond Forgiveness
We all know about forgiveness, but how does it relate to inner child healing? In this session, Saqib wants to take you beyond forgiveness. He will present a method through which you can forgive a person who may have hurt you in your childhood (if you wish to do so).
It is also possible that by the end of the session, you might even not find it necessary to forgive the person. However, once you let go of any resentment or anger towards that person, you will start experiencing true healing.
Lektion 9
Visiting Your "Now" Self
In this final guided visit of the course, Charles will lead you through an interaction with your current self, and you might be surprised with what you find. Let's see what happens when you care for (or receive care from) the current "inner you."
Lektion 10
Reparenting Your Inner Child
This final lesson is on "reparenting." Saqib will share what reparenting is, why is it important, and how can we reparent ourselves. He will also tell you how reparenting and self-love go hand in hand. This lesson is the solution to the suffering of our inner child.
It is time to give love to this child, heal them, and facilitate their growth so they can become their own "best" version. This final day of the course is not the end. In fact, it is the new beginning of your relationship with your inner child.
