This mindfulness meditation is guided in two parts by Charles Freligh and Saqib Rizvi. In the first part, Charles will introduce you to the concept of meditation, that is, "How are you feeling?" He will also guide you through a short grounding exercise. In the second part, Saqib will guide you through a unique body scan, which is aimed at reconnecting with the neglected parts of our body and experiencing their feeling in the present moment.
