How You Lose Clarity and Why Itās Important To Get It Back
In this lesson, you will learn how we get disconnected from ourselves and lose clarity, and what happens when you donāt have a clear path forward. You will understand that when you shift into alignment you move into flow, which leads to feeling happier, you have more motivation, and greater vitality and you feel like youāre thriving. I share
some tools to assist you through the coming 10 days.

Redefining Success and What Brings You Fulfillment?
In this lesson, you will learn about the purpose and how you can connect to what will bring you deeper fulfillment. You will gain an understanding of what your version of success is and why itās important to look for internal motivators and your deeper whys. You will explore through a journaling exercise what brings you happiness currently, what supports you, and what you would like to increase in your life, as well as how you can connect to your inner knowing.

Connecting To Your Values
In this lesson, you will learn why living in line with your values is vital to your alignment and how they can be your compass, ground your decision-making and guide your actions, as well as impact your sense of self. You move through different practices to understand what is the most important to you and why, and how you can bring your values into your life.

What Makes You Unique?
In this lesson, you will learn the 3 factors necessary for true strength. You will identify your natural strengths as well as your unrealized strengths, and how they support you in your life. You will understand how tapping into them can help you to feel motivated, and give you more energy and confidence. You will do an exercise to understand how you can use your strengths more often in your daily life.

Retraining Your Mind, Overcome Limiting Beliefs
In this lesson, you will learn where your limiting beliefs come from and how they can keep you stagnant and stuck in your life, holding you back from stepping into your true potential. Understand how to notice that you have limiting beliefs, how you can question them and dismantle them, as well as change the neuropathways of the brain. You will learn the 3 keys to lasting change as well as a practice to noticing your own limiting thoughts and beginning to shift them.

EFT ā Emotional Freedom Technique
In this lesson, I share a tool with you called EFT Emotional Freedom Technique. This is particularly helpful with shifting anxiety and stress over your limiting thoughts or past events, it helps to regulate the nervous system and it reprograms your physical, emotional, and energetic body. You learn to clear stuck emotions and it helps you to anchor in new positive beliefs.

Releasing What No Longer Serves
In this lesson, you will understand why itās important to look at what is not working in your life and what drains your energy. You will learn why itās so important to release, to create space so you can bring in new opportunities. You will do a journaling exercise on what itās time to let go of, and a meditation practice to let go with ease and gratitude.

Meet Your Future Self
In this lesson, you will do a visualization to connect to your bigger dreams for your life. Visualization is a powerful technique to bring to your awareness what you want, and it supports you to manifest it in your life. You will connect with your deeper desires for your life, and receive wisdom from your future self.
Lektion 9
Get Intentional About Your Life
In this lesson, you will learn about the power of your intention. You will understand why intention is the energy behind everything you do and has the ability to keep you motivated and on track with what you want to create for yourself. You will do an exercise to set intentions around Career, Relationships (Partnership plus Family/Friends), Healthy + Well-being, Financial and Life Enjoyment.
Lektion 10
Taking Action
In this lesson, you will learn the importance of action and set a clear step forward. You will receive a guide to help you make decisions. Understand what to do if you have a setback, and also why itās important to acknowledge your wins. You will finish the course with a short meditation to remind you of how powerful you are.
