So I'd like you to take a big deep breath in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just allowing yourself to relax,

Allowing yourself to let go.

Just focusing on the breath.

Allowing the breath to get rid of any negative energy that you've been carrying over the last couple of weeks.

Any energy that you feel may be blocking you,

May be hindering you moving forward,

Any doubts,

Any insecurities.

Just let them go on the exhale.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Surrendering and letting go of everything that no longer serves you.

Don't hold on to anything,

Just let it go.

This is your time to surrender,

To surrender all those things that don't serve you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in peace and calm and breathing out any negative energy.

Any negative energy you've come across through others,

Through the busyness of the days,

Through conversations,

Anything that you feel is playing on your mind,

Just surrender it on the exhale.

Breathing in calm and peace and exhaling all that doesn't serve you.

Now I want you to just connect to the breath and just observe your breath.

Allow your breath to come to its normal rhythm and just observe it.

Breathing in and out at your own pace.

And now we're going to bring up the four soul questions that I want you to surrender to the universe.

Don't feel that you have to answer them,

Don't force your mind to find an answer.

Just quietly,

Inwardly repeat the question and surrender it.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Don't try to find an answer,

Just surrender it to the universe,

Let it go.

Who am I?

What do I want?

What do I want?

Again,

Don't try to find an answer,

Just surrender it,

Let it go.

What do I want?

What is my purpose?

What is my purpose?

Again,

Just surrender it,

Just let it go.

What is my purpose?

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

And here,

If anything comes to mind that you feel the sense of gratitude for,

You can allow that to come to your mind and feel that connection to gratitude.

Feel that sense of love and thankfulness in your heart.

What am I grateful for?

Just allow these soul questions to surrender them up to the universe,

Let them circulate in the energy around you.

If you have a particular desire to find the answer to any of these questions,

It will come to you.

It will come to you through conversations,

Through ideas and interactions.

So just focus on surrendering it and letting it go.

And now,

Quietly,

I'd like you to repeat the words I am internally to yourself.

I am.

These are the two most powerful words that when we say them with a connection to our heart and soul,

We are surrendering all expectations of who we are in daily life.

The roles that we play,

The responsibilities that we have,

Let's put that to one side and let's simply be the energy of I am.

No answer is needed at the end,

But surrendering I am the energy of being to the universe.

And I just want you to silently repeat it as your mantra.

I am.

Just surrender it.

I am.

Continue repeating it silently to yourself.

I am.

And just let go and relax.

I am.

Now I would like you to stop repeating the words I am.

To let it go.

And just to be still and silent.

Allowing yourself to feel the presence of just being.

Surrendering.

Letting go.

Resting in being.

Resting in awareness.

Resting in being you.

Enjoying the stillness,

The calmness.

The silence within.

Where there is silence,

There is empowerment.

Unlimited power lies within the silence between thoughts.

So connect to that silence.

And just be.

You are.

You are.

You are.

You are.

Resting in being.

Completely surrendered.

Feeling the connection to the silence.

The silence not externally but internally.

Feel that connection to just completely being.

No expectations.

Feeling the lightness of just being.

You are.

You are.

Feel that calmness within.

Embrace it.

And as you feel that connection,

I'm just going to state some positive intentions out towards you.

Joyful,

Energetic body.

Loving,

Compassionate heart.

Reflective,

Alert mind.

Lightness of being.

The balance of body,

Mind and spirit.

Physically,

Mentally,

Spiritually surrendering to the universe.

Knowing that your soul questions are answered.

And the connection to the silence.

Empowers you.

And strengthens you for each and every new day.

And now I want you to bring your attention back to your breath.

And focus on your breath as you breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathing in.

And out.

And slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

And take one more deep breath in.

And out.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
