Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and let it go through your mouth.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

There is nothing you need to do right now.

The day is complete.

You can rest.

With each breath out,

Feel your body becoming heavier and more relaxed.

If thoughts arise,

Let them drift past without following them.

Settle into the quiet.

Feel supported.

Feel safe.

When you are ready,

Allow sleep to arrive naturally.

Good night.

Begin by noticing your breath.

Take a slow,

Full inhale and an easy exhale.

Gently bring awareness back into your body.

Feel your hands,

Your feet,

The surface beneath you.
