Welcome,

The day is done and whether it went well or not,

You're allowed to stop carrying it now.

Get comfortable,

Let your body rest where it is.

Feel the support beneath you.

Take a calm breath in and a longer breath out.

Signal to your system that there is no emergency anymore.

There is no need to replay the whole day.

There is no need to judge it or explain it.

Tonight is about closing the loop.

Bring your attention to what actually happened today,

Not what should have happened.

Somewhere in the middle of the mess,

Something worked.

Something held.

Something really mattered.

Think about three things that you are grateful for from today.

Keep them honest,

Maybe a conversation that went better than expected,

A problem that you were able to handle,

A moment of quiet.

Even getting through the day counts.

If your mind jumps to what went wrong,

Notice that,

Then gently come back.

Gratitude isn't about denial,

It's about balance.

Now let these affirmations settle in.

I did enough today.

I can let go of what I didn't control.

Rest is allowed.

Rest is productive.

Feel your breath slow down naturally.

No technique,

No forcing,

Just let the body do what it knows how to do when it feels safe.

If there's something unfinished,

Place it mentally on a shelf.

You can pick it up tomorrow.

Right now,

You are off duty.

Bring a sense of gratitude to your body for carrying you through the day,

For responding,

For adapting,

For holding.

Even if that body is tired,

It showed up for you.

Take one final steady breath in and a long breath out.

As you move towards sleep or rest now,

Remember this,

The day doesn't need to be perfect to be complete.

Gratitude is how you can close it cleanly.

When you are ready,

Let go of this practice.

The day is done.

You
