Welcome to your morning.

This is your time to slow down before the day speeds up.

Take a comfortable seat,

Close your eyes gently and allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Feel the air fill your lungs,

Expanding your chest and belly.

Now exhale fully through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension or thoughts that don't serve you right now.

Let's take one more breath together.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Allow your body to settle and your mind to soften.

Now bring your attention to your heart.

In this quiet space,

Think of one thing you're truly grateful for today.

This could be the warmth of your blanket,

It could be the roof over your head or the sound of someone you love or simply the fact that you woke up this morning.

Hold that thought gently in your mind as if you are cradling it in your hands.

As you focus on this one thing,

Let yourself really feel the gratitude.

Feel it in your chest,

Feel it in your breath.

Notice how just acknowledging it changes your energy.

Say to yourself quietly and clearly,

I am grateful for this moment.

I am grateful for this life.

I am grateful for today.

Now bring to mind something in your life that feels uncertain or challenging.

Without trying to fix it,

Simply see it.

Acknowledge it with compassion and silently say,

I may not have all the answers right now,

But I trust that I will learn what I need to learn.

Gratitude is not just about what's easy or what's perfect.

Rather,

It's about seeing the value in every part of the journey,

Even the uncomfortable ones.

Today,

You have the opportunity to respond with presence,

Not pressure.

Take one last deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Imagine sending gratitude out from your body into the day,

Into your relationships,

And into your purpose.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

You've chosen gratitude.

Now go forward with clarity,

Courage,

And calm.
