Take a moment to settle in.

Sit comfortably or lie down if that feels better.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale through your mouth.

Let's begin.

Question 1.

What's one thing I'm grateful for right now?

Start here.

Gratitude sets the tone for the day.

Maybe it's the bed you slept in,

The sun rising,

Or the fact that you're here showing up for yourself.

Question 2.

How do I want to feel today?

Don't overthink it.

Choose one word.

Calm,

Energized,

Confident.

Decide how you want to show up in your life today.

Question 3.

What's one small action I can take to move closer to my goals?

Forget the big picture for a moment.

What's one thing,

Just one,

That you can do today that will bring you even a tiny step closer to where you want to be?

Question 4.

What's something I'm proud of from yesterday?

Celebrate the small wins.

Maybe you had a tough conversation,

Got outside for a walk,

Or simply made it through the day.

Own it,

Because you deserve this moment.

Question 5.

Who can I reach out to today to spread a little kindness?

Think of one person,

A friend,

A family member,

Or even a stranger.

A kind word,

A quick message,

Or a smile can ripple farther than you realize.

Question 6.

What's one thing I'm willing to let go of today?

Stress,

Self-doubt,

A grudge.

Whatever is weighing you down,

Imagine setting it down like a heavy bag you no longer need to carry.

Question 7.

What's one thing I'm excited about?

Maybe it's a small thing,

Your morning coffee,

A conversation,

Or a project that you're working on.

Let that excitement energize you.

Question 8.

What's one way I can take care of myself today?

A rest,

A walk,

A nourishing meal.

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish,

It's essential.

Choose something small and doable.

Question 9.

What's something I'm curious about?

Life gets exciting when we lean into curiosity.

What do you want to explore today,

Even just for a moment?

Question 10.

What's my biggest reminder for today?

This is your mantra,

Your grounding thought.

Maybe it's,

I am enough,

Or one step at a time.

Choose what resonates with you the most.

Now,

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine these answers forming a roadmap for your day ahead.

Let them guide you,

Ground you,

And inspire you.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Smile,

You've already started the day with intention.

Now go out there and make it yours.
