Take some time out to experience some stillness and to rest in the present moment. This meditation will allow you to take a break from the busyness, let go of the expectations and return to a deeper, slower rhythm. Slowing down, reclaiming your energy and allowing a stillness to to bring calm clarity.

So welcome to your time to slow down,

Time to pause,

To step away from the world and its busyness and return to yourself.

So taking a moment to allow your body to settle,

Allowing your shoulders to drop,

Notice if your jaw is clenched and allowing your breath to bring you into this present moment.

Slowing down your breath as it comes through the nose and slowly exhaling through the mouth.

Taking another deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

With each breath you are more fully here now.

So whether you're sitting or lying or even walking,

Notice the weight of your body.

Feel the support of whatever is beneath you,

The earth,

The bed,

The chair and remember there is nothing you need to do right now.

Nowhere you need to be.

Just here in this moment.

Bring your awareness now to your feet,

To your legs and your hips.

Feel yourself grounding,

Move your attention to your spine,

Your shoulders and your neck and relax them,

Soften them.

Feel your presence expand as your body relaxes.

Your body begins to rest as your nervous system settles.

As you create this space to just be.

Bring your awareness gently to your breath and just notice how it moves through you.

No need to control it.

Just observe.

Let each inhale remind you that you are supported and let each exhale invite you to let go.

With every breath you are slowing down,

Releasing tension,

Letting go of expectations and returning to a deeper rhythm,

The rhythm of presence.

And if your mind wanders off,

Remember that that's okay.

Just gently come back to your breath again and again,

Come back to your breath.

This is the practice of slowing down,

Of reclaiming your energy and allowing a deeper stillness to rise within you.

Not necessarily the absence of thought,

But the presence of peace.

This space you've created,

This inner quiet.

This is where clarity lives.

Now feel the high vibration of this moment.

Calm,

Centered,

Wise.

This is your natural state.

Beneath the noise,

This is you.

Unrushed,

Unshakable.

Let yourself rest here.

Let it fill you.

Let this energy realign you.

This is you.

Notice how your body feels right now.

Right here,

You've slowed down.

You've come home to yourself.

And when you rest here,

Your next steps become clearer,

More intentional.

More aligned.

Take a big,

Deep breath in.

Locking in this state of stillness and high energy.

And exhaling.

Noticing your body.

Noticing your fingers and your toes.

Your body in the chair,

On the bed.

Notice the room around you.

And feel this shift.

Subtle,

But powerful.

And when you're ready to return fully into this present moment,

Into this day,

Remember to carry this spacious energy with you into the rest of your day.

You don't have to rush.

You can move from this place of power and peace.
