Hello and welcome to this meditation which will allow you to take some time from your busy day to let go and just be.
Take a few moments to get yourself fully here.
You may be here physically but sometimes it takes a little longer to get here mentally and emotionally.
So gather yourself,
Gather your energy,
Bringing yourself fully into the present moment.
Becoming more aware of your breath and when you are ready,
Start to slow down your breath.
Gradually deepening and lengthening the breath.
Breathing in and out,
Each time relaxing a little more into your space.
Today,
Just for a short while,
We are taking some time to let go and just be.
So let us start by letting go of the overwhelm in our lives and in our heads.
Decide from today to no longer do overwhelm.
Let go of the need to be busy.
Let go of the overworking and be free.
And now,
Let us let go of the fear and the worry.
That's all about the future.
You are here now and we can sit in the present where you are safe and where you are free.
And just for now,
Let go of the judgment,
The judgment of others.
We can let them go and let these people just be.
Everyone has their challenges,
Their troubles.
So let us not judge them and let them be.
Just for now,
Can you let go of the self-judgment,
Let go of the criticism,
The blame and the shame and just be.
Just be proud of how strong you are,
How far you have come.
Be proud of all you have achieved,
How brave you have been.
Just for today,
Be proud of yourself because I am proud of you.
And just for today,
Let go of the thoughts,
The overthinking,
The opinions and the doubts.
You can let it all go and just be and be free.
Be here now in the moment,
In the beauty of life.
We can be and we can be free.
Just for today,
Let go of the excuses,
The reasons and the indecision.
Just let it go.
You know,
No one might notice for now,
But you will,
Because you will feel different.
You will feel free.
So here now today,
You can let go of the guilt,
Because guilt has no value to anyone.
You can say goodbye and just let it go.
And just for today,
Let go of all the anger.
It's not yours anyway,
So let it go and be free.
Just for today,
Let go of the fear.
Let go of the worry.
Let go of the judgments.
Let go of the blame.
Let go of the blame.
Let go of the criticism.
Let go of the shame.
Let go of the negative thoughts.
Let go of the overthinking.
Let go of the opinions.
Let go of the doubts.
Let go of the excuses.
Let go of the reasons.
