I was looking for an energising breathwork. I have been doing box breathing for years so was dubious when I heard that was the practice but with the music this really kicked in and I though roughly enjoyed it. I will return regularly. Thank you so much Chris 🙏🏼🤍

Thank you! I found the ‘three magnets’ helpful in sorting out the murkiness of my feelings. I’m strong in the intimate connection and I can struggle with the other two. I appreciate you taking the time and energy to offer this course. All the best to you ☺️

Thank you for this practice 🙏🏻 I really enjoyed the blend of mindful breathwork & music (I love Moby!), with the tempo supporting & helping regulate the pattern & timing of inhale & exhale. I found that the simple guidance & the small changes in focus gently kept me alert & engaged. Personally, I think I’d have preferred the tense/release exercise to be introduced earlier in the practice as I found, when we came to it, that my body was already very relaxed and reluctant to tense up again! ☺️

Fantastic. Thank you Chris. This is amazing work. The optimism in your voice shines through. It emanates from a soul who must, for a time, reside in the dark forest created when our body betrays us. Though you currently dwell in one of the worst breeding grounds for loneliness, there is not a hint of self pity or despair. There is elegance in how you have provided a way to cradle those emotions for a bit. Then ever reminding us not to shame ourselves into a worse state, but to always return to our hearts where we can always find tenderness and love for ourselves and others. We just need to put our hands there, breathe, and trust it to be so. Thank you for sharing your story and heart.
