Hello,

My name is Chris and today we're going to do a lovely nourishing practice to give you a sense of connection and love.

So let's start by finding a comfortable place.

Your comfort is a really cozy seat or lying down.

Have that sense of warmth and support.

Very subtly.

Close your eyes or bring your gaze low and just settle into that position.

Have a sense of sinking into the ground or the seat.

Have a sense of it supporting and holding you.

Let's place one hand on the heart and the other on top.

Really have a sense of breathing into our heart.

Feel that beautiful energy under your hands.

Keeping your hands over your heart.

Time to bring an image into our mind.

And that image is you as a child.

So maybe think of an old photo.

See yourself smiling.

Really breathe in that connection.

As you look at yourself,

See yourself through positive eyes.

In your mind's eye,

Quite simply say,

I see you and I love you.

I see you and I love you.

And see the image of you as a child smile as you receive those words.

And then gently let that image go.

And moving on now to you now.

Think of an image of you now.

Maybe think of a camera above you or a photo that you've had recently.

Be kind to yourself here.

See yourself smiling.

Maybe bring a smile to your face now.

And connect in with that beautiful,

Beautiful human.

Look at yourself.

And say those words.

I see you and I love you.

I see you and I love you.

Repeat those words a few more times.

And very subtly let go of that image.

Come back to the sense of the energy in your heart.

And very,

Very gently bring awareness back to the body.

Moving the fingers and the toes.

And gently opening your eyes.
