So beginning by closing down your eyes and offering yourself a gentle smile.

For your commitment to take some well-earned time to connect with yourself.
And drawing your awareness now to the natural flow of your breath.
Air flowing in,
Air flowing out.
Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.
Noticing the soft expanse of your belly as the air moves in and out.
If thoughts come,
That's okay.
Offer them a smile and return to the natural flow of your breath.
Noticing any sense of arriving.
Arriving into your body.
Arriving into your practice.
With each breath this sense of arriving growing within you.
Softening across your eyes.
Softening your jaw.
Allowing your shoulders to drop.
Taking a deep breath into your stomach.
Softening on the exhale.
Letting it all go.
Allowing this sense of relaxation to move down your legs.
To your feet and your feet.

This sense of relaxation moving across your shoulders.
Down your arms.
To your hands and ten fingers.
With each breath relaxing a little more.
Sinking a little deeper.
Feeling peaceful.
Feeling at ease.
Feeling at ease.
And from this place of peace and ease offering yourself these well wishes.
Repeating these phrases silently in your mind.
