Welcome to this practice where we will melt away our stress and invite in a sense of space into our mind,

Body and heart.

It's my pleasure to be here with you today.

So beginning by closing down your eyes and offering yourself a gentle smile.

A smile for your commitment to be more than just busy.

For your commitment to take some well-earned time to connect with yourself.

And drawing your awareness now to the natural flow of your breath.

Air flowing in,

Air flowing out.

Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.

Noticing the soft expanse of your belly as the air moves in and out.

If thoughts come,

That's okay.

Offer them a smile and return to the natural flow of your breath.

Noticing any sense of arriving.

Arriving into your body.

Arriving into your practice.

With each breath this sense of arriving growing within you.

Softening across your eyes.

Softening your jaw.

Allowing your shoulders to drop.

Taking a deep breath into your stomach.

Softening on the exhale.

Letting it all go.

Allowing this sense of relaxation to move down your legs.

To your feet and your feet.

Allowing this sense of relaxation to move down your legs.

To your feet and ten toes.

This sense of relaxation moving across your shoulders.

Down your arms.

To your hands and ten fingers.

With each breath relaxing a little more.

Sinking a little deeper.

Feeling peaceful.

Feeling at ease.

Feeling at ease.

And from this place of peace and ease offering yourself these well wishes.

Repeating these phrases silently in your mind.

May I be peaceful.

May I be courageous.

May I be happy.

May I be happy.

Really allowing these well wishes to feel true for you in this moment.

Repeating these phrases silently in your mind once more.

May I be peaceful.

May I be cheerful.

May I be courageous.

May I be happy.

May I be happy.

Breathing these well wishes deep into your heart.

If your heart had a wish for you what would it be?

Being open to any words,

Emotions or sensations that arise for you.

Taking a moment now to imagine what your life would look and feel like if you followed your heart.

If you granted yourself this wish.

How would you feel?

What would your relationships look like?

What would your life look like?

What is one thing you would do if you followed your heart?

What would you do if you followed your heart?

Taking a deep breath into these reflections.

Allowing them to land deep within you.

Setting yourself an intention now for how you would like to show up in the world.

Breathing this intention deep into your heart.

Planting it just like a seed.

Rubbing your hands together.

Feeling your own warmth.

Placing them gently over your eyes.

Blinking your eyes gently open.

Placing your hands somewhere on your body that feels warm and compassionate.

May you move through your days with an awareness of what your heart needs and wants and the courage to bring this to life.
