Mitesh, a student of different traditions, finally found his home in the friendship and teachings of Rupert Spira and Francis Lucille, two of the finest Non-Dual teachers. They have really shaped Mitesh's sense of belonging and contribution to this world. He has been leading meditations at his workplace for over 8 years with the theme of Happiness. Love these reminders, thank u: Not having unnecessary conflicts. Let go of what needs to be let go. If u cant, make it part of your life. If u realise u have no interest after trying something, it's ok to realise it's just a passing desire.
