Kumari Sky has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2004, with her journey into yoga philosophy beginning in 1992. With over 1,000 hours of training, she is deeply passionate about sharing her wisdom and guiding others toward a more balanced and harmonious life. Kumari’s mission is to help others reduce stress and align with their true selves through transformative practices such as Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and Yin/Restorative Yoga. Known for her calming presence, she creates an environment of deep relaxation, inspiration, and renewal. One of Kumari’s greatest joys is working one-on-one with individuals seeking to elevate their lives through yogic practices. When she’s not teaching, Kumari enjoys gardening, cherishing moments with her grown children, and exploring serene beaches and rejuvenating hot springs.

A lovely short meditation to reset during the day, even if sitting in a chair. There is no music and an invitation to stretch at the end. Restorative rest.

Here I was ASSUMING that I am “cheating” by choosing the shorter practice after a long and busy day… was I Wrong! Total immersion. love the shift from right to left and through and back, rather than doing “regular” one side and then another. Made me realize how everything is so interconnected and part of ALL 💜 Beautiful. Effective. Love the Integration of perceived separates. One of my fav now. Namaste 🌺

Thank you again for this wonderful course Kumari and for your warm, generous and loving spirit. 🙏❤️💐 While I have been practicing Yoga Nidra for a few years, this course clarified quite a few things for me, the main one being that Yoga Nidra is not just about sleeping better or stress relief, but about connecting with and dwelling in our true nature.
