Well,
Hello,
And welcome to this little mini meditation with me,
Kumari Sky.
Find yourself in a comfortable position.
This could be sitting on a pillow.
It could be sitting on a chair.
Just do what's.
.
.
Feeling most right for you and your body right now.
And then when you're ready.
Close down your eyes.
Let's just begin to feel the body.
Feeling the hips and the buttocks.
The leg.
The fee.
A sense of.
.
.
Havina.
In the lower half of the body.
Feeling where your body touches the surface that you are seated upon.
Or the floor.
With these next few exhale,
Start to feel your body sink down just a little bit more.
Now becoming aware of your upper body.
With your next inhale.
Breathe length into the spine ever so subtly.
As if this inhale.
We're lengthening you up through the crown of your head.
You might even physically,
Ever so gently,
The body,
Not enough to make tension in your hips or lower back.
And then could you feel.
.
.
The broadness across your chest.
Into the shoulder.
Feel the body lifting upward.
Energetically for the next few inhale.
Notice the arms and hands are at ease.
Start to feel your breath within your body.
You might notice the breath at The chest,
Ribcage.
Maybe at the nostril.
Or even at the diaphragm or belly.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhaling through the nose releasing through the mouth.
Now imagine you could breathe your breath up the body to the crown,
To the sky.
And exhaling your body,
Your breath.
Down the body.
To the earth.
Inhaling up from the earth.
Through the body.
Up to the sky.
And then exhaling from the sky down again through the body to the earth.
Breathing and visualizing like this a few more times.
A sense of your whole body breathing.
Letting go of that breathing visualization.
Taking one more nice big inhale together.
And sigh it out.
Bring in your palms together.
Gently rubbing,
Making some heat here in the palms.
Covering your eyes.
Your hands feeling that warm.
Sink into the eye.
And you can start to gently massage your temple.
Down into the jaw and around the ear.
One more big breath here together,
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Releasing the hands.
I hope that you feel grounded.
And expansive after this little meditation.
Thank you for joining
