Yin energy (Monday) is represented by the moon. The cycle of the moon teaches us to surrender to the changes and phases of life. The transitions in nature and our own lives unfold in divine timing. Yin guides us to soften to the universal flow of life and reminds us to honor rest and stillness. This lesson includes a guided meditation and five journaling prompts.

Fire: Connecting to the Wisdom of the Heart
The fire element (Tuesday) is associated with the heart. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the heart is the home of the spirit. As our inner source of divine wisdom, our hearts are always guiding us towards our highest good. To open ourselves up to receive and realize this wisdom, we will practice trusting and communicating with our hearts. This lesson includes affirmations and a meditation to connect with the heart.

The water element (Wednesday) is the energy of introspection and self-reflection. When we turn our gaze inwards, we meet our inner child. The inner child guides us to notice unprocessed emotions from childhood that are manifesting as fear and anxiety today. This lesson includes a guided meditation to connect with the inner child.

Wood: Observing the Flow of Emotions
The wood element (Thursday) teaches us to surrender to the flow of passing energies. When we remember that all emotions are temporary energies, we can observe anxiety without resisting or attaching. This lesson includes a guided body scan and an affirmation meditation to honor the wood element’s energy of renewed perspective.

Metal: Transforming Anxious Habit Energy
The metal element (Friday) is the energy of releasing what no longer serves you. You'll be guided to notice habit energy that you're ready to release. This lesson includes breathwork, affirmations, and a writing exercise to transform your anxious habit energy into an energy that better serves you.

Earth: Nurturing the Inner Landscape
The earth element (Saturday) guides us to internalize the mother and nurture ourselves from within. Self-compassion is a practice that honors the earth element and guides us to tend to our inner earth. When we nurture our inner landscape, we cultivate more self-love, self-worth, and self-acceptance. This lesson includes a guided practice of self-compassion.
