Settling into the posture of your choice,
Breathe naturally through the nose.
We'll begin by relaxing the forehead,
Releasing any tension in the eyebrows,
Relaxing the eyes,
The small muscles around the eyes,
The cheeks,
Jaw,
Lips,
And tongue.
Feel the whole face heavy and soft.
We'll use a combination of visualization and gratitude to support the manifestation process.
Expressing gratitude in advance tricks the subconscious mind into believing that what you desire is already yours.
This helps to release any doubts or resistance that can typically block our manifestations.
We'll begin by focusing on one specific situation that you'd like to manifest.
Picture the situation in your mind.
Feel the emotions that this situation would bring up for you.
Use the whole body and mind to immerse yourself in this situation as if you're experiencing it now.
And as if this situation is happening right now in this moment,
Give thanks.
Give thanks for what you've manifested into your life.
Who you give thanks to is your choice.
What matters is that you truly feel a sense of gratitude and appreciation for what you've received.
Gratitude not only helps us to program the subconscious mind,
It also opens up the channel to receive abundance.
