Welcome to this meditation.
Remembering that emotions are energy in motion,
We'll be using our breath and awareness to release stagnant emotions.
Sit in a comfortable position with a straight spine and begin to let go of all the tension in your head.
Feel your scalp and facial muscles relax.
Relax your shoulders,
Arms,
And hands.
Relax your chest and rib cage.
Soften your abdomen.
In keeping the spine straight,
Relax your upper back and lower back.
Relax the buttocks,
Hip creases,
Legs,
And feet.
Scan your body once more from head to toe and this time feel where the stagnant emotions are located in your body.
Now place your awareness where you feel the stagnant emotion.
If you're having trouble locating this area,
Use your intuition or your hands to guide you.
Imagine the inhale filling this spot with fresh energy and the exhale releasing the stagnant emotion.
If it helps,
Exhale through the mouth with an audible sigh.
If it helps,
Exhale through the mouth with an audible sigh.
You can even visualize the breath of your exhale as a dark smoke leaving your body.
Doing what feels best for you,
Focus on using your breath to move the stagnant emotions out of your body.
Now we'll begin practicing Dr.
Joe Dispenza's supernatural breathing.
This eases the breath to pull stagnant energies up from the base of the body and out through the top of the head.
Imagine a central channel running through the middle of your body,
Connecting the space in between the sit bones to the top of the head.
And imagine that you're vacuuming the stagnant energy out of your body through this central channel.
On your next inhale,
Pull up from the base of the torso past the navel,
Chest,
Throat,
Face,
And hold at the top of the head.
On your exhale,
Release this energy out through the top of the head.
Let's do this together one more time.
Inhale from the base,
Passing the navel,
Chest,
Throat,
Face,
And hold at the top of the head.
Then exhale and release all the stagnant energy through the top of the head.
Stay here and repeat this for the next few moments.
For our final round of breathing,
We're going to send some loving,
Healing energy to the area where we've been holding stagnant emotions.
Place one or both of your hands on this area.
If your hands can't reach this area,
Then place both of your hands on your heart.
Feel held and supported as the warmth from your hands spread into your body.
Our hands are extensions of the heart chakra,
Which is the energy center for healing,
Love,
And compassion.
With each in-breath,
Imagine this healing energy pooling under your hands,
Soothing and melting away any stagnant emotions with loving energy.
Breathe comfortably and stay here for the next few moments.
Letting go of this visualization,
Keep your eyes closed and take three deep breaths.
When you're ready,
Slowly blink your eyes open.
