Welcome,
My name is Jeongjin.
I'll be guiding you in this manifestation practice that I created to stop chasing and start attracting.
This has been a powerful meditation for me,
So I'm excited to share it with you.
Please be seated for this meditation.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Breathe comfortably in and out through the nose.
The lighthouse shines its light into the vast darkness of the night.
It can't see a single boat ahead,
And sometimes it can feel this way for us.
It feels like nothing is coming,
Like nothing is out there.
We can lose hope and feel that our manifestations are useless.
And this is when we begin to chase worry and doubt.
The lighthouse shines without promise or guarantee of when a boat will come in,
What it will look like,
Or who will be on that boat.
It shines unconditionally,
And it receives.
This is how manifestation works.
When we release the when and the how,
And we focus on shining our light,
We begin to attract.
We call in the energy that we send out into the world.
Now imagine that you are a lighthouse,
Shining your light out into the dark.
Begin to feel a bright light radiating out from your heart.
This light emanates the frequency of love,
Joy,
And abundance.
Your light shines out far into the distance,
Traveling to spaces beyond your vision.
You know that there's no need to chase,
Because whatever you're calling in is attracted to your light,
Your magnetic energy.
As you continue to shine your light,
Begin to notice your manifestations coming closer and closer,
Gliding across the dark ocean,
Guided by the light that shines from your heart.
Let it come to you.
Watch it being effortlessly drawn to you.
Welcome this energy by giving thanks.
Thank you for coming into my life.
I'm grateful that you've come at the right time.
I welcome you into my life.
No matter what you're manifesting,
It will come to you at the right time.
Until then,
Keep shining your light and let it come to you.
Repeat this meditation to raise your energy and attract an energetic match for you.
I hope that this meditation brings you as much joy as it does pain.
And love as it has for me.
