And I'll be guiding you through this morning practice to start your day with intention.
Like attracts like.
Our thoughts carry a vibration that then attracts events,
People,
And experiences of a similar vibration.
So how we start our morning really sets the tone for the rest of the day.
Let's begin by sitting comfortably and closing the eyes.
Breathe naturally in and out through the nose.
Begin to feel the body breathing,
Observe how the body rises and falls with each breath.
Now feel the sensations of energy inside you.
Perhaps you feel your heartbeat,
The blood pulsating in your veins,
A gentle hum,
A vibration,
Or tingling sensations.
Tune in to the aliveness within you.
Feeling gratitude for another day in this body.
Feeling gratitude for another day in this life.
Now feeling gratitude for all that you love and appreciate in your life.
Feel your vibration rising.
Notice how your heart energy begins to open and expand.
Now think about the day that you'd like to have.
Think about how you would like to feel today.
Energetically pave the way for a beautiful day by sending out your intentions and your expectations.
Now releasing your focus,
Place your hands over your heart space.
Give thanks for the day in advance,
Assuming that this day will be just as you expect it to be.
Give thanks for what went well and what felt good.
Finally,
Give thanks to yourself and express any words of love or encouragement.
When you're ready,
Slowly blink the eyes open.
