Lição 1
Gratitude In Advance
Learn how to write eight things you’re grateful for in advance each morning. Some may stay the same, some may change, and some may surprise you. There’s no right way to do this — just letting the words flow.
Lição 2
Setting The Tone And Sealing It In
This lesson adds another gentle layer to the practice. You’ll get clarity around how you want to show up in your day and what feels important to you. You'll also have an opportunity to let your thoughts and reflections settle and find a natural sense of focus, before gently bringing your morning writing to a close. By taking a moment to pause and seal the practice in an elegantly simple way, you allow the ideas, gratitude, and reflections to settle in, helping the practice feel grounded and ready to carry you through your day.
Lição 3
Evening Glimmers
In the evening, you’ll flip your journal over and notice your glimmers — the little moments that caught your attention, made you smile, or added a touch of sparkle to your day. Writing them as simple bullet points helps you tune in to these details and, over time, you may notice how the things you wrote in the morning start showing up in the evening.
Lição 4
The Loop
Over time, the things you write in the morning begin showing up in your glimmers. The practice gathers its own momentum and becomes increasingly enjoyable and alive, helping you notice how what you want is starting to appear in your real life — like a bit of real world magic in your back pocket. Feel free to make your journal your own - write ‘831 Journal’ on the front and ‘Glimmers’ on the back, and add pictures, some stickers, or anything else that makes it feel uniquely yours.
